3. You must have a good quality layout that was made by you
4. I know your life does not revolve around your computer, so if your taking a break longer than 5 days, please let me know, so I don't think you abandoned the site!
5. When you get to the tell me about yourself section write the phrase Glitter Me Baby so I know you are being a good boy/girl and reading the rules!
6. You Must use photobucket for your images, I don't have anough bandwith for you to upload through the site. Sorry
7. You should have a basic knowledge of Ftp and Php
8. You Have a week to put up a Splash Page.
9. You Have a month to get content on your site
10. I will provide you with tags for your content if needed
11. You need to have Aim so we can chit chat :)
12. All that I will require of you is 2 links on your website!
